2 – Disable Approval Mode

1. Log In As Administrator
2. Go To Run ( WinKey + R )
3. Type “secpol.msc”
4. Go To Local Polices > Security Options
5. Find “User Account Control: Switch to the secure desktop when prompting for elevation”
   
   disable these two options

windows server 2012/2016 會食唔到esxi內的default scsi hdd，另到install 唔到window

去edit esxi -> SCSI controller

改做vmware paravirtual

加返esxi 內的driver , 去floppy driver , datastore內的/vmimages/floppes/pvscis-windows2008.flp

2012/2016server 都用windows2008.flp

正常install windows server , 去到hdd個位 load driver

floppy->amd64 ->enter

cmd 是一個windows batch processing file

然後按一下執行看看
